Entering through the front door you will be taken aback by the large open space that houses the kitchen, dining, and living areas.
The kitchen has black granite and crisp white hi-gloss cabinets with large satin pulls. The appliances are all stainless-steel and there is a dishwasher, glass cooktop and a double oven, ideal for preparing either milchig or fleishig meals. You will also find a microwave oven and Keurig machine, perfect for that morning coffee and warm croissant. Pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery are all provided, both for milchig and fleishig. A large counter-top height island houses more cabinets and offers a nice area for casual dining with four grey swivel stools that can adjust in height to seat the little ones.
The dining room sideboard and table are shimmery grey with a pebble design, and there are tall glossy silvery grey chairs, the entire collection all with chrome accents. A sleek overhead modern-style chandelier completes the look for an elegant dining experience.
The living room has two-toned grey fabric and suede couches that face each other for intimate family chats.
Throughout the entire living area you are bathed in natural light with the double French doors and large windows, all appointed with beautiful window treatments that allow you to choose either partial or full sunlight, depending on your mood.
Step outside to a magnificent paved patio area. Lounge chairs and zero-gravity chairs await you and you can sit directly under the sun or opt for shade with the oversized umbrella. The pool is unique in that it offers both a large swimming area but also a great “half-depth” section that is perfect for the younger members of the family. A large attached jacuzzi overflows into the pool with a beautiful waterfall effect. The entire outside is paved, giving everyone ample space to play tag or hopscotch and, with the gas barbecue grill set up you will be sure to enjoy lots of outdoor time during your stay.
The main sleeping quarters house three bedrooms. The master on this side has two full-sized beds atop a platform of charcoal grey and there is a matching dresser and nightstand to unpack all of your “warm weather” clothing. There is a flat tv in this room along with a large walk-in closet. The master bath has a jetted shower system and is crisp white and grey in color.
A second bedroom is set up with a grey fabric daybed with silver nailheads for added flair. It opens up into two twin beds and there is a small desk for those who want to have a place to write in their journal about the wonderful vacation they are enjoying.
The third bedroom has two full-sized platform beds in white with satin chrome accents and there is a large dresser and nightstand, along with a luggage rack.
The guest bathroom has its own jetted shower system and tub and will be very popular with the kids, as the double sink vanity allows for fun conversation as everyone is getting ready for a day of fun-filled activities.
Off the kitchen area is a fully stocked laundry room in the event you want to freshen up your wardrobe.
A few steps further leads into a second master suite with two full-size beds and a full bathroom with jetted showers. This room is perfect for the members of the family looking for some added privacy but with the same amenities as the master on the other side.
