For the guest whose needs are smaller than what the typical vacation home offers, we debut the Granite Villa.
This newly renovated property, close to both “the canal” as well as all the local shuls, features the same amenities as our larger villas but with a smaller footprint, making it the ideal location for up to two couples.
Large yards both in front and to the rear of the house offer plenty of “prime” relaxation points.
A stunning new heated pool centers the backyard, with plenty of added space for lounge chairs, covered swing, and outdoor dining table. Fenced in for privacy and surrounded by beautiful landscaping, it sets the stage for barbecues and evening lounging under the stars.
Inside the house is a combination living/dining area with comfortable seating for up to six guests around the marble-topped dining table. Honey-colored leather dining chairs and a plush crème-colored wraparound leather couch with side-recliners coordinate with the mosaic floor tiles. A bonus office/study area has a desk, dedicated-wifi, and a full library of seforim already in place. With no television in the villa to serve as a distraction, one can enjoy a seder of full-time learning around the clock, each and every day.
The L-shaped kitchen, with laundry center off to the side, features hi-gloss white cabinets, stainless appliances, and a bar-style countertop for casual breakfasts, and is stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and cutlery for both milchig and fleishig. Shabbos needs, such as a hot-water urn, crock pot, and electric plata, are also supplied for each guest’s convenience.
Two bedrooms, each with their own private full bathroom, are located off the living/dining area.
One bedroom has two queen-size beds while the other has two twins. Both have been outfitted with beautiful headboards, nightstands, and dressers, keeping within the soothing color scheme. One bedroom offers a shower experience and the other has a tub/shower combination. Plenty of hanging space is available in both rooms, as well.
An additional half-bath is located just off the dining area, and a separate washing station provides a “netilas yadaim” station for mealtimes.
With an abundance of oversized windows, large glass sliding doors, and natural light coming in from all four directions of the house, the Granite Villa is sure to provide a “bright” vacation to its next guests.
