Surrounded by palm trees, landscaped greenery, and shade trees, your first impressions of this beautifully designed property are designed to impress, and the meticulous interior and excellent amenities will not disappoint. The interior’s modern, open floor plan encourages conversation over the spacious marble island into the beautifully renovated kitchen. With its full suite of kosher appliances, separate sinks, and modern hardware, the spacious kitchen highlights an oversized peninsula with 4 bar stools perfect for light meals or snacking.  Formal dining is perfect, with eight chic modern chairs surrounding a modern chandelier-lit Shabbos table. In the Living area, two gray leather couches surround a glass coffee table, making a great conversation spot for everyone. Do you prefer a quieter, relaxing spot? Off the kitchen, a second living area beckons, with its white reclining leather L-shaped sofa, perfect for that Shabbos afternoon nap.   Access to the tropical backyard paradise is easy, with three convenient entry doors in the living room, dining room, and master bedroom. Outdoors, the heated, in-ground pool is completely screened to keep out bugs and mosquitoes while enjoying the beautiful tropical sunshine. The poolside patio has plentiful outdoor seating, chaise loungers, and a fantastic covered Florida Room with outdoor ceiling fans. It is perfect for relaxing outdoors in the shade and conveniently opens to the villa and pool.  

Inside, your sleeping quarters include four beautiful bedrooms and two full bathrooms.  In the lovely master bedroom suite, vaulted high ceilings, french doors, and custom built-in headboard panels ensconce the two full 44” beds. A comfortable recliner alongside sunny pool views will surely be someone’s favorite reading chair. At the same time, a private hallway leads to walk-in closets and a fantastic master en-suite bathroom with double vanities, custom cabinetry, and an oversized walk-in shower. The second, third, and fourth bedrooms are comfortably outfitted, spacious, and airy. Two of them are furnished with two full 44" beds and one with two twin beds. All feature plush bedding, linens, a ceiling fan for comfort and convenience, a night table, closet space, an alarm clock, and a Shabbos lamp. A second full bathroom is convenient to all the bedrooms and is decorated and outfitted with a large vanity and walk-in shower. While you are unlikely to find a natural-color green diamond in your typical jewelry store, beautiful, artsy, and practical both in and out,
