The house is a newly renovated four-bedroom, three-bathroom home with two ensuite bathrooms ideal for two couples.
The bathrooms are all brand new. The main one has a bathtub. The ensuite ones have showers.
When you walk in, you will find an open living/dining room with a beautiful sofa and a dining table that seats eight.
There is one TV in the living room area.
The house has a new kosher kitchen with Meat and Dairy pots, pans, dishes, and utensils.
The house also has a "Shabbos Package" consisting of a Challah knife/board/cover, tablecloth, tea lights, kiddush cup, havdala candle, and besomim.
There is also a hot plate, crock pot, and percolator for Shabbos.
The beds in the Master bedrooms are full-sized, whereas the other rooms have twin beds. The house can comfortably accommodate eight people, plus two babies.
The backyard has a Beautiful, new heated swimming pool and a lovely patio furniture table with an umbrella and chaise loungers to lie in the sun.
The Silver Villa is located in North Miami Beach within an eruv and walking distance of many shuls.
