HW1995 The Platinum Villa

Step into the front entryway, where you’ll find a convenient console table complete with drawers and a mirror. Hat, keys, mail, phone? You can leave it there, as we continue our tour. 

To our immediate left is a large, welcoming parlor, where a decorative couch with gold-accented side chairs encircle  an abstract center rug. Enhanced by attractive end tables and artwork, this sitting area overlooks the landscaped front lawn, through the large picture bay window. 

Across the parlor room is a gorgeous dining room, with a glossy laquered  table, and ten soft grey chairs await your family and  guests, with plenty of elbow space!  Sliding glass doors open to the paradise that awaits you outside in the backyard, but we’ll get to that soon. 

The interior’s modern, open floor plan encourages conversation over the spacious, Marquina marble island into the beautifully renovated kitchen. A large sliding window overlooks the pool patio, great for entertaining straight from the kitchen!

Prefer to entertain indoors? The spacious kitchen also opens to a second living room, where a stunning white leather U-shaped couch, seats 7-8 in style and comfort. A marble-topped, gold coffee table in the center is perfect for serving drinks, snacks or laying down your magazine on a lazy Shabbos afternoon. 
 
Access to the tropical backyard paradise is easy, with your choice of three convenient entry doors at the living room, dining room and master bedroom.

Outdoors, the heated, in-ground pool is built-in with multiple underwater benches to simply sit and chill. Surrounded by a safety gate, the kids can happily play in the two enclosed grassy side yards, while you swim, lounge in the attached whirlpool, or nap ensconced in one of the cushioned chaise loungers.   

Stone patio pavers have plentiful seating, and a covered shade area complete with outdoor ceiling fans and bar counter is perfect for relaxing with an iced beverage. 

Back inside, your sleeping quarters include four beautiful bedrooms and three full bathrooms. 

The master bedroom suite is furnished with full-size beds, a mirrored night table, and a glass work desk. A walk-in, dressing room closet has plenty of drawers, shelves and hanging space and an adjoining full bathroom features marble toned grey and whites, from ceiling to floor. A separate double-vanity area with two sinks, also has a lockable door which  opens to the backyard,  is great  for keeping the rest of the house dry after a refreshing swim. An oversized shower is furnished with multiple showerheads.
      
 A second bedroom has two twin beds, a silver night table, and built-in dressers, with four shelves and four drawers in each. A built-in armoire makes the room suitable for children and adults alike. 

A third bedroom features two twin beds with contemporary linens and furnishings, a night table and California closet.
 
The fourth bedroom is a creatively-designed children’s room.  Inviting  and spacious, there is sleeping for 4, with two twin-over-full bunkbeds, featuring built-in storage drawers in the side-mounted staircases.

A massive play area in the middle of the room offers plenty of play space, and a large game console is tucked away along the wall for the gamers in your family. Plentiful closets round out the space.
