FK1981 The Aquamarine Villa

There are two master bedrooms.  The first is directly off the living room and has two full size beds with luxe bedding and a wall-mounted flat screen television. Plenty of closet space and drawers ensure easy unpacking.  The en suite bathroom offers a jetted shower.  

The second master is a suite, situated off the kitchen in its own area for those who would prefer added privacy. Two full size beds plus a sofa that opens into a full size bed turn this bedroom into a private family getaway. 

 A third bedroom located on the other side of the kitchen area has two full size beds and an armoire to store all of your belongings. This bedroom has direct access to the outdoor pool and patio area, perfect for those late night swims.  

The remaining two bedrooms offer two twin size beds in one and a full size bottom level bunk with a twin bed on the upper level and a twin trundle bed on the bottom in the other.  These two rooms have plenty of closet and storage space for everyone.

The guest bathroom has a large hot tub with bench. Outfitted in lustrous glass tiles, it is modern yet inviting.  Plenty of extra towels and linens have been placed in your vacation home for added convenience.

The hi-gloss grey kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, has plenty of cabinets and a separate pantry to store your snacks and groceries.  With two sinks and one large wraparound granite counter, meal prep will be easy and enjoyable.  There is a white lacquer dining table that comfortably seats up to ten guests, with grey leather tall-back dining chairs.

Open the french patio doors in the kitchen and step out into the beautiful outdoor area. Swaying palm trees greet you as you decide between a soak in the oversized hot tub or laps in the heated swimming pool.  If you would like to dine outside, a large dining table is provided with accompanying chairs.  If simply relaxing in the sun is your preference, plenty of seating has already been arranged both on the paved patio area as well as the lawn.

Located in the best part of town, your vacation home is just a few blocks from the canal and within short walking distance to all of the shuls.
