Beautiful spaces park, that includes a playground for kids and baseball fields and open areas. There are walking paths as well for those that want to enjoy the park.

This park is a beautiful quiet local park, perfect for a lovely walk with the family, take your spouse on a date, or to just enjoy a breath of fresh air.

It’s not a kids park; they have 2 non-gated ponds , but the scenery is beautiful and just manicured enough to find serenity yet easily enjoy the walk.

There is a gazebo with benches facing one of the ponds. Open dawn to dusk daily.

Discover the Beauty and the Challenge of Spook Rock Golf Course The award-winning 150 acres, par 72 Spook Rock Golf Course is located at 233 Spook Rock Road in the Village of Montebello, in the Town of Ramapo.

Spook Rock Road derived its name from Native American lore and the course followed suit with its intriguing name as well. Designed and constructed by Frank Duane, the course opened the front nine in 1969 and the full eighteen in 1970. The driving range looks out over three target greens. Our new irrigation system on the driving range with a renovated drainage system will ensure green grass with green consistency landing on all of our five target greens. The driving range is lighted for after-hours practice. It is open 7 days a week (weather permitting.)

This 376-acre park has paths for hiking & horseback riding, plus diverse topography & wildlife. Diverse topography, from flat wetlands to rolling hills, to steep mountainside. The Mahwah River flows southwesterly the length of the park approximately 2500 feet. Times of heavy rains flood large areas along the river. The Ramapo fault runs through the park. Trees include Willow, Apple, Poplar, White Pine, Hemlock, Beech, Maple, White Ash, Oaks, and Dogwood. Abundant wildlife viewing.

Hiking (the Kakiat Trail starting from the parking area crosses through the park into Harriman State Park ending up in Dater Mountain County Park), horseback riding, picnicking, and scenic lookouts. An off-leash dog area is located near the parking lot. A log cabin constructed in 1922 stands as a mute reminder of the simple life of 100 years ago. A footbridge crosses the river, which is stocked annually with trout; a pavilion can be found near the river.

Numerous winter activities exist along with active wildlife and forestry conservation projects. Guided tours available by the Park Rangers.

All indoors! Rides, soft play, arcade games, slides, climbing structures and kosher eatery all in one, on Route 59 in Monsey itself. Plenty of space for parents to sit and relax while watching the kids have fun.

Home of the Rockland Boulders independent professional baseball team, with concessions & tailgating. Kosher food trucks during game season, Fireworks show and special events on occasion, popular activity for frum families in the summertime. A free fun train ride, The B-Train, which is open for public use during most games (weather permitting), travels around the stadium beginning at the top of the 2nd inning, and accepts the last fan in line at the top of 7th inning.

Kosher food, including hot dogs, pretzels, etc., are available at Clover Stadium. Go to the Kosher stand located behind section 103 or ask any of the concession stand leads for a kosher food specific list.
