You’ll have plentiful parking in the private driveway as you pull up at this charming vanilla-white villa centered on a private wooded clearing with a pleasant yard. Nestled in your quiet oasis, you’ll have all the privacy, peace and relaxation the neighborhood offers, while being within walking distance to local year round minyanim and a short drive from kosher food and conveniences. 

You’ll be delighted with the vintage themed designs throughout. Throwback colors and new wood flooring and furniture help create the old-world feel while still being stylish, comfortable, and of course, brand new. 

The living room is pleasantly appointed with plentiful seating, and rustic wooden coffee and accent tables really make the vibe. 

The brand new kitchen and dining areas are outfitted with a unique mix of antique and modern, with all up-to-date stainless steel appliances. The dining room highlights a barnwood style with matching seating. 

Sliding doors open to a real treat: The all-season Florida room spa lounge, sure to be a favorite of everyone! The oversized, indoor whirlpool hot tub boasts seating for six, jets, molded seats, and more. Outdoor lounge furniture sits atop spa-wood flooring, and the décor around you is resplendent with greenery, Bluetooth audio speakers and rustic accents, as windows overlooking the beautiful backyard surround you.

Red and black color schemes and funky theater lighting set the tone of this fun space, and older children and adults will delight in the awesome plethora of activities in the room.

Couches, armchairs and side tables provide a great "chill-zone", and the game room has pool and Foosball tables, all complemented by a butcher block bar with a beer fridge all along an entire wall.

Outside the house, a large custom stone fire pit with integrated seating speaks of kumzitzes, bonfires, marshmallow roasts, or just relaxing late nights around a roaring fire in the cool mountain air.

Entering the house you’ll find all brand new, bright, modern and appealing furnishings, a great layout, and detailed décor. The main floor features two stylish and inviting common areas, a small front living room on one side with a couch, armchairs and coffee tables, and a large family room with lots of comfortable couches and armchairs and a beautiful working fireplace with a decorative mantel in the center.  

The state-of-the-art kitchen is replete white marble counters, modern blue and white cabinetry, and new stainless appliances. In here you’ll find all your basic necessities and appliances for both weekday and Shabbos, including a Keurig coffee maker, Shabbos hot water urn, a blech, separate milchig and fleishig utensils and cooking/serving ware.

The spacious dining room is set for 18 around a custom-built table, and can even accommodate more with folding chairs. A buffet is stocked with materials for licht bentchen, seuda supplies, a Havdalah set and more.

A master suite is located on the main floor, and a full bathroom with a shower on the main floor is convenient to the outside, where a privacy-fenced, in ground heated pool and patio invite you to swim and lounge, and a large backyard is completely separated from the pool area, so kids can play outside while others swim in privacy and comfort. Finished with the pool? Jump right into the shower in that first floor full bathroom on your way back into the villa.

Upstairs, four additional bedrooms are resplendent with luxury beds, decorative accents, plush linens, plentiful towels, Shabbos lamps and more. In total, this house can accommodate 12-14 with ease in a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom configuration.
