Drive up the circular driveway and sit a while on the swing hanging near the front door. It’s a great way to start off your vacation, looking up at the beautiful sky and having your eyes feast on the site of the tropical palm trees.
Open the front door, you will be amazed at the magnitude and open feel of your vacation villa. With beautiful décor throughout, you are going to enjoy just looking around!
Immediately to your right is the living room. Step down two stairs and settle into the roomy charcoal-grey wraparound leather sofa, with recliners (and cup holders!) positioned to face the large-screen tv.
A console holds seforim and siddurim as well as a selection of games, offering everyone their choice of entertainment.
The kitchen is positioned in the center of the main area and is fully stocked with everything and anything a vacationer would want to have waiting for them. The side-by-side fridge, dishwasher, built-in microwave, and electric stovetop/oven, all-matte stainless-steel finish, wrap around the double sink that offers a great view of the pool area. You can prepare your meals while keeping an eye on what’s going on outside. Both meat and dairy dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans are in clearly marked shiny mahogany-toned cabinets as well as a nice selection of pareve items. From juice pitchers to potato peelers, it’s all right there. A Keurig machine is set up so you can start your mornings with a boost and have the energy to enjoy South Florida until the late hours of the night.
A dinette set, located steps away, will easily seat four guests and there is a counter-height ledge with bar stools for the rest of the family to enjoy breakfasts and casual meals.
Completing the layout of this room is the formal dining room. A glossy mahogany table and eight leather-backed dining chairs will set the stage for enjoyable Shabbos and Yom Tov meals. The coordinating buffet is where you will find your challah board and knife, havdala essentials, benchers and t-lights, and more.
The master suite is located on one side of the house and three other bedrooms are on the opposite end, providing plenty of privacy for the heads of the family. Two full-size beds and a nightstand greet you as you enter and there is even a sitting area with sofa and side table – perfect for some private relaxation time. With two closets offering both hanging and drawer space, the room itself stays uncluttered and airy. There is even a safe in the closet so you have a place to store any belongings you feel need some extra protection. A full bathroom with rain-shower head and tub is decorated in marble-like tile and the LED lighting is crisp and bright. With french doors opening to the patio area, the occupants of this room can escape to the pool at night without disturbing guests who are in the living area of the home.
On the opposite side of the house are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two offer twin-size beds and the third has two full-size beds. Each bedroom has plenty of storage space and is decorated with panel headboards, giving off a luxurious feel. One full bathroom has a shower/tub combination and a double vanity, making it convenient for multiple guests to get ready for the day at the same time. A second bathroom with a shower is an “en suite” bonus for one bedroom along with private access to the pool area.
The backyard is paved with cool-stone pavers so guests can enjoy themselves all day without that “hot” feeling under their feet. Lots of comfortable patio furniture, a full-size barbecue grill, and a side yard with grass all surround the heated pool. A hot tub has just added to the already great outdoor experience.
