If you are coming with a group who likes to be together but still enjoy their own “space,” the five-bedroom, four-bathroom Casablanca Villa is the perfect fit. With a large open living and dining area plus a bonus feature of three separate master suites, a large family can vacation together by day and retreat to their own oasis by night.
Enter into the large open main area of the house where you have the kitchen, dining room, and living room all flowing into each other.
To your right is a brand new kitchen with two sinks and sleek black-speckled countertops. Stainless glass-top cooktop and oven, microwave, Keurig machine, and large French-door refrigerator are surrounded by a plentiful supply of upper and lower white matte cabinets with stainless pulls. These are stocked with pots and pans, dishes and cutlery, and all of your Shabbos needs so that your time can be spent with each other as opposed to in the aisles of the nearest housewares store. A large center island is perfect for meal prep and also serves as an informal table for breakfast or lunch.
Just beyond this area is an expandable glass table with chrome legs and base. Surrounded by comfortable crème-colored leather chairs that tilt back slightly for added comfort, you can easily fit a family of ten for Shabbos and Yom Tov meals.
The living room, with its furnishings facing the dining and kitchen areas, provides plenty of seating with two sofas, both with recliners on each end, plus an additional recliner as well. Glass coffee tables scattered throughout the room host magazines and games, making this entire area fun for the family to cook, dine, and play together in.
Two sets of glass doors opening to the back yard offer a great view of the pool and outdoor area. A large heated pool takes “center-stage” with its unique design. Together with four lounge chairs with side-tables and a dining table and chairs with a full-size grill, all within a private gated yard with tropical foliage and a crab-apple tree overhead, you won’t need much convincing to “stay home” instead of driving elsewhere for family entertainment. And when the day is long over, the choices of which bedroom to take are plentiful. Three bedrooms are located near each other, to the left of the kitchen area, and two are situated on the other side of the house.
Step up three steps off the entry foyer and take your pick of three bedrooms, all with large windows that let in plenty of natural light, each decorated in cheerful silver, gray, and bright white.
A master bedroom with two full-size beds has a flat screen television mounted opposite the beds above a dresser along with matching nightstand and headboards, all wrapped in silver fabric with “diamond” nail-heads for added chic. A full bathroom with a jetted-shower system is reserved for the occupants of this bedroom.
Two other bedrooms are located in this area. One has a full-size mattress with pull-out twin trundle, and a large dresser. The other has two full-size beds and a nightstand. All three rooms have ample closet space to hang your clothing and there are pack ‘n plays for the little ones. A guest bathroom for these two rooms has a bathtub and shower combination so you can take your pick when choosing how best to wash up after a long day spent outdoors.
Off the living room is an additional master bedroom. This room has two full-size beds with nightstand and large closet, and a flat- screen television mounted to the wall. A kitchenette area makes this a “mini-suite” and, with the full bathroom with jetted-shower system, it might just be the bedroom that everyone fights over.
A second additional master suite located near the kitchen and dining room has two twin beds with nightstand, flat-screen television, and closets for hanging clothes and storing spare linens and towels. A private bathroom with a smaller shower has also been outfitted with a jet system. The area also houses the laundry center plus an additional room that can serve as a mini-office. Another bonus is a mini-kitchen with fridge and cooktop, ideal for late-night snacking.
